    If your property isn't furnished or may need re-furnishing and setting up from ground up, it can be 'live' within 7 to 14 days from our first visit.

  • It's important to understand that due to rating systems and guest screening it's highly unlikely that your property will sustain any significant damage, however accidents still can occur. We will look after any minor or major damages and maintenance as and when it arises. Although over 60 million people worldwide have had safe and enjoyable stays with Airbnb it's best to know you're protected. Airbnb offers up to $1M in liability insurance and damage protection.   • If you plan on listing your property on other OTAs with us, Vrbo, Stayz and Booking.com only offers up to 1 million dollars worth of liability coverage for their hosts. We would highly recommend to secure adequate short‑term rental damage cover for your property which we can facilitate as Vrbo, Stayz, Booking.com and Agoda do not provide insurance cover for any guest inflicted damages that may arise at your premise.
